CCS was founded in 2016 as Construction Consulting Solutions.

How it started

Construction Economics & Management always played a role in my professional career. When becoming MD of a construction company in 2003 the principles of Construction Economics and Management were implemented as a standard procedure in all projects.

Some years later the construction company’s scope was extended. Clients asked to have existing designs being reviewed and Construction Economics & Management principles applied to reduce construction costs.

The next step was done when clients, only having an idea of what they would like to have constructed, contacted me directly. A design team was formed; Construction Economics & Management principles were applied from design stage throughout the entire project.

The decision to found an independent operating consulting office was taken when professionals asked me to give expert opinion for litigation and arbitration purposes. Construction Solution Services was established as a subsidiary of the construction company.

What it is now

The name Construction Solution Services was changed to Construction Claim Solutions in 2021 and I have been focusing solely on Construction Claim Solutions ever since.

The practical application of Construction Economics & Management theories and Claims Management skills have always been what I enjoyed the most in my professional career. Dispute resolution has been added as an additional service CCS is offering.
